Which Events Are You Attending in 2015?

live_eventsInstant Teleseminar’s customers aren’t just teaching on our platform, they’re often teaching at live, face-to-face events. In fact, the call to action on a teleseminar is oftentimes signing up for an in-person event.

Of course, the coaches and marketers who use Instant Teleseminar also attend others’ live events to continue to learn, grow, and take their businesses to a new level.

I’ve gone to events not only to learn, but to meet my own customers in person. Events I attended in the last 24 months or so include Kathleen Gage’s Power Up for Profits, Suzanne Evans’ Be the Change, Lisa Sasevich’s Impact and Influence and Event Profit Secrets, Vrinda Normand’s Irresistible Messenger, and Dale Steven’s Self-Directed Learning Unconference.

As I’m planning my calendar for 2015, I’m curious to know where Instant Teleseminar’s customers are going. In the comments below, tell me:

1. Which events are you planning to attend this year?
2. Why?

If you’re hosting an event, tell me about that, too.

ICON sounds super cool! We don’t use InfusionSoft though. Is it for customers only?

      • January 23, 2015 at 12:56 pm

No, they welcome non-users as it’s a great way to introduce new comers to the “IN”fusionsoft!

Be Inspired looks great! I could use a little yoga, considering I just strained my calf muscle. My team’s calling me “Hobbly-Wobbly.”

I’m doing something that’s a little “out there.” I’m hosting a series of online interviews with experts in the end-of-life arena, called End-of-Life University. We talk about all subjects related to the end-of-life like hospice care, living wills, caregiving, writing memoirs, planning funerals, green burial … and so much more! I’m also hosting the first ever Virtual Death Cafe, which meets monthly on IT. It is an unstructured conversation about death and dying where attendees bring their thoughts and concerns and just talk openly together. Death Cafes are usually held in a physical setting like a coffee shop or conference room – this is the first one being conducted over the telephone and online through the amazing technology of Instant Teleseminar. Thank you for all of your help!

I have a nutrition and education program for people with anxiety disorder. I myself was disabled for over 40 years (and our son almost died. The program gave me and my son our lives back. My husband, Dr. Meyers, died in May so I’m completely dedicating this year to getting the word out before I too die. Knowing how much people suffer from their anxiety symptoms and how well this works, I am so determined. The seminars I’m attending so far, are to two additional Callan Rush Retreat Workshops in Canada, Jeff Walker Product Launch Formula live in Arizona and one online 2 day boot camp by Bret Gregory.

Thanks Polly! I’m sure that Callan’s, Jeff’s, and Bret’s events will be fantastic. Sounds like you are going to put your knowledge to do some life-saving work. Bravo!

Hosting “The Language of You” on Vancouver Island — a weekend immersion to help women (and some very cool men!) uncover and re-discover that glorious part of themselves that was set aside to be the best mother or father, partner, family organizer, or career professional. Get beyond your office, beyond your home, and beyond your responsibilities to find and listen to the unique language of yourself through a combination of yoga, creative expression, guided meditations, journal writing, self reflection, and group coaching. We invite all hobbly-wobblies! Visit http://www.yogainnerspirit.com/retreats/.

Hello my IT friends — I am hosting “The Big Big Yes: How To Overcome Procrastination, Perfectionism and Self-Doubt and Make $10,000 (or more!) from Your Creativity” at the Westin LAX from July 9-12. I’m expecting 125++ creative entrepreneurs, coach/author/speakers and other frustrated overachievers, overwhelmed procrastinators and recovering perfectionists for 3 days of insights, breakthroughs and big fun. I’m still looking for a few sponsors if anyone serves the creative community… Email me at Samantha_Bennett@TheOrganizedArtistCompany.com if you want to chat about it.

I’m headed up to Bill Baren’s CBN in San Francisco this weekend, and since I’m an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant, OF COURSE I’ll be at ICON15 (and yes, Joel – non-Infusionsoft users are welcome there – the info and the community are so wonderful and it is absolutely worth the trip – I have access to a $50 off promo code if anyone wants it just email me, ‘k?) Otherwise, I’ll be going to a very small teaching event that Angelique Rewers is doing called “Corporate Training Goldmine” in April and I might be teaching at one of David Neagle’s D7 events again this year…not sure about that yet.

Aren’t we lucky to be part of such a vibrant community of life-long learners? Happy 2015!

    • January 16, 2015 at 1:55 pm

Hey Samantha – thanks for sharing. I’ve been asking around about ICON and might just see you there. Enjoy Bill Baren’s event, and best of luck at your own in July!
